PROJECT SUMMARY
As the new Martin Place Station is built underground, the integrated station development will be able to be built above the station at the same time. This helps reduce community impacts and allows for the buildings to be completed close to when Sydney Metro services start in 2024. This will include the new Martin Place metro station, two new commercial buildings above the station, a retail space, new underground pedestrian connections and improvements to the public domain.
An-CO supplied and installed scaffolding material for a complex design to suit the tunnel profile, access was required to tie in excess 800 tons of reinforcement to the Crowns and Adits. In a complex site with a minimum margin for error, including several interfaces with different sub-contractors, An-CO scaffold design ensured safety was kept at the highest order.
With a close working relationship with Kenny Constructions, An-CO has the management support to complete large-scale projects across Australia.

PROJECT SUMMARY
Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Village 14-hectare mixed-use urban renewal project sits at the heart of the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct and performed a central role in hosting the 2018 Commonwealth Games athletes. Formerly known as Parklands, the build-to-rent scheme will house approximately 2500 residents across the 7.1ha site in 1252 dwellings.
An-CO installed perimeter access scaffold across 18 multi-storey apartment blocks. An-CO also provided on-site Project Management to ensure the safe erection and dismantling of all scaffolding material.

PROJECT SUMMARY
Delivered by Sydney Motorway Corporation as a series of separate projects, the 33km motorway is to connect Sydney’s western and south-western suburbs with the Sydney CBD, Sydney Airport and Port Botany. The project will ease congestion, provide occupations and connect surrounding communities. The works are scheduled to be completed by November 2019.
An-CO supplied and installed internal support and access scaffold to the five ventilation shaft buildings, each reaching 25 meters in height. The scaffold enabled the safe installation of precast shaft wall panels and provided support for formwork to intermittent floors throughout the shafts. The Scaffold also provided safe access and temporary support for M&E teams to install cabling, ducting, attenuators, dampers and extractor fans.

PROJECT SUMMARY
The Bexley Motorway Operations Complex will be located within the existing M5 linear parkland alongside Bexley Road and will have an approximate height of 13 metres from ground level. The Bexley Motorway Operations Complex is designed to create minimal visual clutter with simple and elegant buildings that visually integrate into the surrounding parklands, from ground level its ventilation shaft will extend 25m to the tunnel floor.
In the early stages of this project An-CO provided a design and construct service to the concrete structures contractor on the construction of a 25m deep Ventialtion Shaft and the basement of a Substation Building. An-CO provided scaffold as formwork support for insitu concrete elements such as beams, columns and suspended floor slabs, along access scaffold for the installation of structural precast wall panels.
Later in the project An-CO provided a design and construct service to the client for external perimeter scaffold to two structures, a substation and a ventilation building that service the Ventilation Shaft. The scaffold was installed to facilitate the installation of structural steel, precast architectural façade panelling, M&E services and metal wall and roofing. Scaffold was also provided to the M&E teams to assist with access and support for installation of cabling, ducting, attenuators, dampers and extractor fans.

PROJECT SUMMARY
Delivered by Sydney Motorway Corporation as a series of separate projects, the WestConnex New M5 project will run from the existing M5 East corridor at Beverly Hills via twin tunnels to St Peter’s, providing improved access to the airport, South Sydney and Port Botany precincts. The works include roofing, cladding, supply and installation of specialized doors & frames, ceilings, external linings and hydraulics to the Exhaust Ventilation, Supply Ventilation and Substation Buildings. Roofing will include but not be limited to the supply and install of the thermal and acoustic insulation system.
The client engaged An-CO to supply scaffolding solutions for access into vent stacks in the exhaust buildings. At-Pac Ringlock scaffolding system was erected to create multiple lifts of scaffold to allow installation of precast panels and grout and sealing of joints. In a high-risk job where safety is a top priority, engineering calculations and detailed design ensure that An-CO met the requirements of the project and kept workers safe.
With a close working relationship with Kenny Constructions, An-CO has the management support to complete large-scale projects across Australia.
