Stephen – Managing Director
Stephen is the Managing Director of An-CO Scaffolding, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
With a deep understanding of project management, site safety, and innovative access solutions, Stephen has been instrumental in driving An-CO’s growth and reputation as a leader in the field. His passion for excellence and customer-focused approach ensures that every project is delivered to the highest standards. Stephen’s leadership continues to shape An-CO’s partnerships and success, fostering collaboration and innovation within the industry.
Daniel – Operations Manager
Daniel has 10 years of experience in the construction industry, having started his career in Ireland before relocating to Australia. Having been with An-Co from the beginning, Daniel is the bridge between our clients and our operations, ensuring that every interaction is with professionalism and trust.
One of Daniels’ standout qualities is his dedication to continuous improvement. He actively seeks feedback from clients and uses it to drive operational improvements, ensuring that An-Co’s services evolve to meet changing demands and exceed industry expectations.
Abinash – Design Engineer
Abinash is a versatile engineering professional, who commenced his career as a graduate with An-Co 2019. Since then he has specialized in the field of scaffolding design and tendering.
Abinash’s approach to every project is driven by the understanding that each one presents a unique challenge. Abinash consistently designs scaffolding systems that not only meet regulatory standards but also set new benchmarks for safety
Mackevin – Design Engineer
Mackevin, who started his career as a design engineer in 2021, joined An-CO in early 2024, bringing a solid foundation of experience in scaffolding design.
Stephen – Snr Safety Advisor
Stephen is An-COs Senior Safety Advisor. With years of experience in the scaffolding and construction industry, Stephen is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of safety across all of our projects
His expertise in risk management, compliance and training helps heep our team and clients safe.
Lynton – Logistics Manager
Lynton, our logistics manager, has been with An-CO since the very beginning, ensuring that our plant and equipment are always delivered on time and in perfect condition.
His expertise in logistics and dedication to getting the job done have been key to keeping our projects on schedule. Lynton’s focus on being precise and punctual has made him an essential part of An-CO since day one
